These are supergood! Chewy and chocolatey and coffee-y all at once. These are truly some of the best cookies I've had/made in a long time. And so quick and easy to make too. Make some right now!

Coffee? Brown sugar? Choco chips? My husband is all over it.
He'll have to fight me off first! :-)
These look quite delicious! I love anything that is cappuccino flavored. What size pan did you use?
Joanne, the pan was 14.5 x 8.5 inches. I should probably add that to my post! :-) Thanks for the reminder.
Wowee! Like crunchies, kind of, but... evil! With that combo of flavours, whocan refuse? Bookmarked!
You're right, they do remind me of crunchies too! Just... dare I say... better? But maybe that's just the chocoholic in me speaking.
I agree with Jeanne, I also thought it was crunchies, but these are just way better with the coffee flavor!!!
Coffee is clearly popular in blog land! I myself is not such a big fan, but TheHusband is practically an addict. (I've got my bases covered with the choc-chips though)

Thank you for taking the time to read & comment. There's only one thing I love more than cooking (& eating) and that's feedback from you! Please note that there might be a slight delay before your comment appears.
